Chapter 14: The prohibition of selling fresh dates in exchange for dry dates except in the case of 'Araya
باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ الرُّطَبِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلاَّ فِي الْعَرَايَا

A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Sahl b. Abu Hathma.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَابْنُ، نُمَيْرٍ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ، سَعِيدٍ عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَحْوَ حَدِيثِهِمْ .
